  • cyberM·I·N·D· analyzed Kalamazoo Brewing Companies's online sales channels to determine existing sales thresholds and capacities. cyberM·I·N·D· also analyzed the overall feature/function of the online presence as it relates to individual customer needs both end users and company partners.
  • cyberM·I·N·D· implemented a dramatically improved e-commerce system to integrate the online General Store sale of merchandise and the offline sales and integrated the purchasing, sale and shipment of goods through an integrated POS system
  • cyberM·I·N·D· implemented a Batch lookup system, integrated directly in to the batch tagging system, to allow for consumers to lookup the production date of a bottle of beer – all within an automated real-time system
  • cyberM·I·N·D· implemented an integrated Distributor portal to provide the Distribution Channel with real-time access to order forms, marketing materials, and online communication directly to sales representatives
