The Trident Companies
Business Challenge:
The Trident Companies partnered with cyberM·I·N·D· to take their informative brochure web site and turn it into a multi-company customer interactive experience. Goals included increasing traffic, reducing rental inventory, personalized customer portal with commonly used forms and resources, and getting the customer to the appropriate Trident Company through search engine optimization.
Solution:
- cyberM·I·N·D· took a simple product property web site and expanded the site to target underused properties.
- cyberM·I·N·D· helped The Trident Companies redesign the look and feel of three company web sites and tailor each to its target viewing audience while maintaining continuity within the design and concept.
- cyberM·I·N·D· created a process flow with the web site that allows the user to view apartments online, schedule a showing, apply to rent, and then enter into the customer portal to track continued progress and access needed forms and resources.
- cyberM·I·N·D· worked with The Trident Companies to research competition and better utilize keywords, descriptions and titles programmed into The Trident Companies web sites. cyberM·I·N·D· eliminated keywords that were not delivering results and employed common sense strategies in the search engine optimization development process and maintenance.
- cyberM·I·N·D· was able to make use of The Trident Companies current database to allow an interactive customer portal section and also allow automatic updates of changes to tenants and properties.
Results:
The Trident Companies have seen a 150% increase in their apartment rental applications with over 2000 visits to their web site each month. Customers are clearly utilizing the site, with the average visit being 12 and a half minutes long. The Trident Companies also enjoy a very easily maintained website through web based administration and integration with their office database.
