The Irving S. Gilmore International Keyboard Festival turned to cyberM·I·N·D· when they wanted to design a new website to increase ticket sales for their biennial Festival. The festival features the world’s top pianists and showcases international artists. The Gilmore Foundation had a target audience of local college students and wanted to make the web site clean, concise and easy to navigate. They also wanted to have tickets accessible through online ordering.
The Gilmore Festival increased student ticket sales by 250% in 2006. They also discovered many people outside their target audience were visiting the site for its ease of use and immediate access to the artists and venue locations.
